My project for the last two years. Now like 'triggers broom'. Almost all mechanical parts replaced to make the car totally reliable. Drives as near as new as possible whilst still being totally original. I planned on keeping the car forever, so no expense spared. I also like to enjoy using my cars so money always goes on the oily bits first. Receipts (ring binder full) add up to many thousands of pounds. Bodywork is excellent for a 25 year old car. Paint has been machine polished and waxed and now really shines again. Exterior plastics dyed correct grey. Look great. Only negative is a crack to the rear bumper from a car park tap. Easily replaced. I've just not had time.
I'm only selling as an unexpected opportunity to buy my dream sports car has come up and I don't have time for both. No rush to sell. I'd like the car to go to an enthusiast who will cherish it too.

New uprated bilstein b4 dampers and Eibach springs
New strut mount bearings
New uprated strut mount rubbers
All reused suspension metal parts derusted, rust treated and repainted
New trackrod ends
New front wisbones with all new bushes
New suspension bolts used
BBM solid mounts for rear axle
BBM uprated engine and gearbox mounts
New alternator 19/07/15
New alternator belt
New top quality GKN driveshafts x2
New gearbox oil seals
New correct spec Peugeot gearbox oil
Completely new coolant hoses throughout - Baker BM - rubber for OEM look
New cam cover gasket
New camshaft oil seal
Camshaft checked for wear. Pictures to prove excellent condition
Excellent condition half leather interior installed
Brand new gearknob.
New metal and rubber fuel pipes throughout
Overhauled SAD valve, throttle body and idle screw so runs and idles perfectly.
Engine bay wiring and earths including ignition amp and connector blocks inspected cleaned and replaced as necessary.
New correct Bougicord ignition leads
New spark plugs
New air, fuel and oil filters
New front stereo speakers
Usual 205 issues fixed:
Sunroof vacuum seal
Main engine loom connector block replaced.
Main beam light covers
Working heater (previously replaced)
Working coin tray lid
Original engine mount, original wishbones, trim clips
Underside of bonnet starting to rust (excellent spare included).
Rear bumper slightly cracked on corner
One side of sunroof trim cracked and small piece missing.
