The TS15A was a development of the TS10 that had previously won the F2 European Championship with Mike Hailwood in '72 and the TS15 that Jochen Mass took to runner up position in '73.
This car is one of the rare Team Surtees Bang & Olufsen works cars driven by John Watson in the European F2 Championship in 1974. It's highly original and has been totally restored and rebuilt to the highest standard ready for racing.
The car is fitted with the genuine early steel block Cosworth BDG engine used by the Surtees team in period. The FGA gearbox is also an original to the Surtees team. It's been prepared for the current historic F2 series, with dyno time only after the total rebuild.
The car comes with FIA HTP papers, a record of the restoration and original research on the car's history.
