This special series Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Pirelli Edition celebrates the historical collaboration between the two brands. The partnership began back in 1963, the year the House of the Raging Bull was established, and since then all Lamborghini cars have been equipped with Pirelli tires. The two Firms share not only their italian origins but also, and above all, a constant quest for technological innovation.
The exterior sports a two-tone color scheme in two options. The first is Matte Black for the food the pillars the rearview mirrors, the engine hood, and the front, rear, side and moving air intakes, in contrast with six glossy finishes for the rest of the body Girgio Liqueo . The second option is glossy black for the upper parts of the car and the air intakes, in contrast with four matte finishes for the rest of the exterior. The special Pirelli series is enhanced by exclusive equipment specifically designed by the Lamborghini Centro Stile.

The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is powered by an all-new 6.5L V12. Power is rated at approximately 691hp and 509 lb-ft of torque. It is 18 percent more powerful than the Murcielago, while also emitting 20 percent fewer emissions. As for the transmission, Lamborghini makes use of its new ISR (Independent Shift Rod) 7-speed transmission a completely new, in-house design unlike anything else. With five gear settings, (Auto Strada, Auto Sport, Strada, Sport, and Corsa) the innovative transmission is be able to deliver shift times of just 50 milliseconds in Corsa Mode which is almost as quick as a Formula 1 car. The Aventador remains an all-wheel-drive car utilizing a Haldex AWD electronic control system. Other technology highlights includes a carbon fiber monocoque, carbon ceramic braking system, and a pushrod suspension front and rear. This is a complete redesign from the outgoing Murcielago. In fact, not one part has transferred over to the new car. Lamborghini lists the performance stats as follows: 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.9 seconds and Top Speed of 217 mph.
